Director of Maintenance
Martin Rodriguez is an accomplished, well-known general aviation maintenance leader with 15 plus years of experience. He is a highly energetic and passionate aviation maintenance professional dedicated to enhancing aviation safety by facilitating ongoing personnel training, augmenting know-how skills and expanding the organizational knowledge bank, with strong foundation on mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
Growing up in Buenos Aires, Martin moved to New York with his family at an early age where he then attended aviation maintenance school after graduating high school. Martin always had a passion for aviation, as his father is a general aviation pilot. In 2003, Martin commenced his aviation career in the New York area where he worked at the Cessna/Citation Service Center as a maintenance mechanic for several years. He then continued his career in aviation maintenance at Embraer Executive Jet Services.
Later, Martin accepted the position of Director of Maintenance for an aggressively growing Part 135 charter operator in San Juan, Puerto Rico with a mix of turbine and turbo prop aircraft on their certificate. He was responsible for the restructuring, implementation of standards and procedures and transformed the maintenance department into a 24/7 successful operation.
Currently, Martin Rodriguez holds the position of Director of Maintenance at Windsor Jet Management and is directly responsible for the oversight of the maintenance, inspection and parts department, along with the conformity inspection process for adding aircraft into our operating certificate. Since his time in his role, Martin has implemented processes and procedures, and made structural adjustments developing a 24/7 fully operational maintenance department to support the aggressive growth of our fleet.
Martin attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and a Masters in General Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently pursuing a second Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Aviation.
